Making Mitre Saw Stand

The latest addition to my workshop is the Mitre Saw aka Chop Saw, so I decided to make a small stand for it to sit, as well as give me some shelving to get some storage space. If you’d like to build something similar you’ll need the following (note: you can adapt the measurements to fit your specific space requirements).

Materials:

  • Plywood or MDF (3/4 inch thick)

  • Screws or nails

  • 1 3/4” x 1 3/4” 15’

Tools:

  • Table saw

  • Clamps

  • Drill

  • Measuring tape

  • Square

  • Pencil
